Appointment times
are specific:
I understand that my massage time begins at my scheduled
appointment time; therefore if I arrive late my massage
will be shorter and I will be charged the same fee.
Cancellation/Reschedule
Notice:
I understand that CCTM has a 24-hour
cancellation/reschedule policy and in the event I cancel
my appointment with less notice than 24 hours, I will be
billed a $25 late cancellation fee, regardless of
whether I reschedule or not. If I neglect to call and
do not arrive for my appointment I will be charged for
half the price of my original massage appointment.
Reminder Calls:
I
understand that a reminder call the day before my
massage appointment is done as a courtesy. Cancellations
are still subject to 24 hours notice regardless of when
my reminder call is given, received, or in the event
that there is no reminder call.
Payment is due at
the time of service:
I also understand that full payment is due when services
are rendered. If I buy a package, the full amount is due
upon receipt of the first massage. |
